Yeah, he must start but not convinced it should be as a 9 on his own.

As much as I love Ollie, surely Malen has to start. He strikes the ball so cleanly and he’s very positive when the balls at his feet. He may not do the hard graft and pressing Ollie can do and he might not hold the ball up so well, but when we’re playing balls through the channels or central he’s on them at speed. He’s very exciting to watch.

Isn't he just. To repeat for the 74th time, things happen when Malen is on the pitch. He's a cracking footballer.

I honestly think his game is more to suited to how we play, we're hardly slinging balls up for knock downs are we?

we always have this debate for the league games
Watkins will start 100% only way Malen starts is in a two, that’s just the way the manager rolls and we ain’t doing bad so far

Yeah but do you think he should start? And if so at what point would you drop him if his form continues like this?
If we get to 30 apps 1 goal would you still start Watkins?

Can he be trusted to hassle and harry? Donny, I mean. He's a bit languid off the ball. Ollie runs like a dog.

Yeah I think he should start Malen’s the best striker we have at the moment because of his form
but I don’t think he will, Unai can be a stubborn old goose sometimes

More importantly, let’s hope Emery is right.
