We’re going to have to have to attack much better to stand a chance.
Conceding our usual 2 goals wont help either.

The attack is the most important bit here. If we try and nick a 1-0 we’ll lose.

1 win in 11 for Citeh. As it's the season for giving I fear, with our defence, it will be 2 in 12. Hope I'm wrong. UTV.

We attack them like last year, 3-0. We play shitty, slow, tippy tappy, 0-2.

The most predictable result of the weekend. Man City win.

I'd love us to add to their losing streak, but we've been here too many times before.

If there was ever a dead cert to whack a tonne of money on, it's an away win in this one. 🫤

They have no legs in midfield - target that and Walker

We’re due to give someone a good lamping soon and Man City might still have some way to go before they start to turn things around. Big Villa win.

I think it will be a tight edgy game and probably comedown to  the ref.

For the last 6 years or more we have all watched Man City* camped around the oppositions box and eventually breaking through a ten man defence. They have been worked out!!

Keep a man or two up the field (half way line) and it completely fucks them up. They can't go camping anymore. The last thing an aging team wants is to be stretched.

If we go for the jugular from the off we will beat this lot.

Oh, how I am so looking forward to a week of "Typical Villa" posts.

As long as they are this week and not next week.

Walker is finished, think Rogers can get a lot of joy if selected there. Might be one of the few times it could be worth giving Watkins a go on that side at some stage.

As soon as Waker went into podcasts, he was finished.  Nice acting yesterday too, another string to his bow.
