I thought it was about time the poll was reset.

After watching Man Utd last night, I reckon we should be focused on finishing third and not worrying about Chelski and Liverpool.

Man Utd have a difficult run-in, suspension issues, injuries and are there for the taking.

Plus, they are shyte.

I'm a believer mate 👍

We're going to sneak in under the radar - everyone thinks its Chelsea and Manu to fight it out. That was from MEN.

Wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea got back to winning ways v Man United. We do the business v Sunderland on Sunday and we should be targeting third. We have created some amount of clear cut chances in last few games.

I think we just need to keep Chelsea out of the top 5 so we Champions League again next season. I think the Europa gives us a back door but wouldn't want to go in to that final with the pressure of needing to win the qualify.
The difference for the club from finishing 3rd to 5th is a bit of prestige and prize money. Inside vs outside the champions league is far greater.

So we need Man Utd to win at the weekend.
Also we need Arsenal to beat city so that by the last match the game is a dead rubber for city.

Just focus on what we have to do - every win, every point makes a difference.  Beat Sunderland and then no-one can make any ground on us

2 wins and a draw should do it. That would put us 14 ahead of Chelsea and no way they're getting more than 4 wins and 1 draw from the last 6 = 13 points.
If we get that plus a draw with Liverpool we might finish 4th.That plus a win against Liverpool and definitely 4th. Or even 3rd considering the suggestion last night is that the bubble might have burst at Man Utd.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see Man Utd have a few games where they pick up minimal points.  Unfortunately that means Chelsea getting a win next time out, but of the clubs chasing top 5, I think Man Utd could miss out.  They've flattered to deceive for weeks now. Ideally, take a point v Chelsea than lose a few.

I think I would like to see chelsea lose out - (if all of them other than us cant).

There finances are already a mess and no champions league or World Made Up Cup will put more pressure on

Iraola announced he's leaving, can't see the Cherries catching us now.

Was chatting with the lad at work about how many managers could be changing this summer about half an hour before the Iraola news, hadn't even mentioned him.

It looked like about 2/3rds of the league could realistically have new managers before the season kicks off.

If we win Europa, we could end up creating an extra spot for them.

Iraola is excellent. It will be a shame if he goes somewhere with decent resources, as he will undoubtedly improve them.  I would imagine he's now top of Man Utd's list, unfortunately.

If we where to lose Emery, he's the one I'd want at the top of the list. He's an exceptional manager who coaches a brilliant style of football.

All these boring big 6 wanks constantly bemoaning the quality of modern PL football have clearly never watched the likes of Bournemouth under him.

Can imagine Newcastle are in talks with him as we speak.
