At least the away Villa fans haven't given up, they have been in great voice. Surprised not more changes at half time.

He touched it with his foot intentionally towards Martinez, who picked it up. Of course it was a back pass, the only time it's not if a player touches it with a foot is when it's shot at a player and it pings off them accidentally.

It’ll be 5, we look mentally gone here. Fuck knows how Unai fixes this side.

Barkley on for Rogers, Tielemans to 10, which should've happened about a month ago tbh. Bailey on for Philogene, because he's proven he has that level and it's our only option on the right. Duran on for Watkins. Mings on for Torres.

All at half time.

If there's not an improvement by the 46th minute, then Buendia on for McGinn.

Or alternatively, bring on Olsen.

Looks like Olsen is coming on.

Well that's just great.
Only Martinez to blame for that unfortunately

He injured himself taking a cross just before the brain fart.

Bizarrely we’re still in the game if he can come up with changes at half time!

There is absolutely zero chance we’re getting back in this game.
I agree, hope must be to show some better figure second half though. Then question is how we can come back with further improvements after this game.

Olsen coming on means we will get the ball forward faster because he is less capable with the ball at his feet.

It's unravelling under Emery as fast as he made us very good . This is very very worrying and has been for months

Oh great. That’s all we need with Cash & Konsa playing like the Keystone Cops in front of him. Hopefully this will focus their minds.

Just one sub, Robin Olsen. Oh boy.

Its deeply worryin that unai sees no issue with the team. He should have made 3 subs at half time.

Now olsen in goal our goal difference ia going to take a tanking

I don’t like this.

The poor patch has gone on way too long for my liking.
