I’m thinking about getting tickets on the re-selling sites but have never done this before. Extortionate of course but just want to go. In regards to buying is it sensible to wait until the last minute to buy? Would people be looking to dump them as it gets closer?

I’ve said further up the thread that some Palace tickets are about 1/3 the price, but I’d expect them to have a lower take-up.
Confession time, yesterday afternoon I bite the bullet and paid £430 each for 3 tickets !!

I’ve been following the prices and was getting a bit panicky, the Palace end tickets are a lot cheaper, so you can sit on your hands and get a block close to the Villa end, that might work for you.

Not that I have to justify it, the wife even took it well, which sounds even more expensive in the long run, but this year could be the last season I get to take my 2 lads to Wembley, due to my health issues, so I thought fuck it and I’ll worry about the final when we get there.
I did exactly the same a while ago. I can't see myself getting tickets when we win the final so at least I see us at Wembley this season.

Well Prince William will have tickets he can’t use as he’s got to attend the big funeral. Who knows his username to pm him?

'Big Willy' ?

So I have won an auction for a pair of top level hospitality tickets for the semi final via Hilton using the reward points that I hold with them.

These are in the One Twenty Club, so it includes half way line seats to the side of the dugouts, 5 course meal, unlimited drink, parking if needed etc…its the best hospitality Wembley has on offer.

But I just want a pair of regular tickets! Not sure my 8 year old would appreciate or make the most of the above! So I’m happy to sell these on for a decent price, below what they are actually worth - if anyone is interested or knows someone who might be let me know or pass my details on to them!

I still have these available and I've reduced the price a lot. They are worth £2k each face value but id sell here for £750 each. They are in the neutral block 144.

Bars allocated around Wembley for Villa fans on Saturday.

The Blue Check, Empire Way
Wembley Tavern, Wembley Park Dr
Stadium Sports Bar, Wembley Park Dr
The Torch, Bridge Rd, Wembley Park
Crock of Gold, Bridge Road
Black Sheep, Olympic Way
Box Park, Olympic Way

I think they've tightened up a lot on street drinking & sales around the stadium since the play off finals.

The torch looks the biggest but they all look a little small for the volume of fans that will be no doubt looking for a cold one?
Not to everyones tastes but doing box park, bit pricey for drink and food, but it was good before the man city final a few years ago. Im on a coach with loads of others but also got my 15 year old, so easier than the pubs

A pal of mine was telling me he's booked Boxpark but I'm not keen, it looks like the kind of place where people thrown expensive beer in the air.

As with everything it spends what you like. I went in there for the League Cup Final and thought it was ok. They don’t tolerate beer throwing so it’s definitely not one of those places.

Just in case anyone is undecided on BoxPark then apparently Nathan Dawe is doing his DJ set at some point if that helps you make your mind up.

Yes really forward to the weekend now, I've gone for Level 2 which are normally a bit more expensive anyway.

Hopefully get the atmosphere but keep away from the riff-raff !!!

If there is a repeat of the 2000 semi v Bolton, where I saw a Villa fan asleep standing up at the urinals mid way through the 2nd half, it might be my eldest !!

Id probably rather go to a pub, but reality is Im with my 15 year old and a big group of others who have teenage kids. Its all enclosed with food stalls as well as bars, so better place to be to have a few pre match pints and food with teenagers than a jammed pub. The Nathan Dawe stuff, the youth love as well and he definitely got everyone going before the man city final, especially getting Ian Taylor on stage. Like I say not to everyones tastes, but It’ll be ok for a few hours.

All recent tickets from Villa for CL and FA cup games have had both options. Print or download to wallet.

Can someone explain how this actually works as never done this way before (not sure what an electronic wallet is) and how many days before do they arrive?

Do you pay with your phone at all? That is the electronic wallet. In Apple devices you press the side button twice, bio or pin for access and then choose ticket from the options if you have saved it.

Google do similar although not sure how you access it. (Will require you to access the email link on said device).

In order that I can park my anxiety issues for a while, do we know when the tickets will be emailed ?

The order confirmation email was very vague and I can't see anything on Pravda
