Bet he is fuming.

Doubtful, they'll probably get a priest or bishop to do the incense.

Funerals at 9am our time, am sure he can make it back for 5.15pm....

It'll last for hours though  I hear Dougal is doing it.

Bars allocated around Wembley for Villa fans on Saturday.

The Blue Check, Empire Way
Wembley Tavern, Wembley Park Dr
Stadium Sports Bar, Wembley Park Dr
The Torch, Bridge Rd, Wembley Park
Crock of Gold, Bridge Road
Black Sheep, Olympic Way
Box Park, Olympic Way

I think they've tightened up a lot on street drinking & sales around the stadium since the play off finals.

The torch looks the biggest but they all look a little small for the volume of fans that will be no doubt looking for a cold one?

The two pubs on Wembley Park Dr are very tight and hike their prices for Wembley events. Expect to pay around £8 a pint.

I’m thinking about getting tickets on the re-selling sites but have never done this before. Extortionate of course but just want to go. In regards to buying is it sensible to wait until the last minute to buy? Would people be looking to dump them as it gets closer?

I’ve said further up the thread that some Palace tickets are about 1/3 the price, but I’d expect them to have a lower take-up.

Well Prince William will have tickets he can’t use as he’s got to attend the big funeral. Who knows his username to pm him?

I couldn’t sit on my hands and I’m trying to take my young lad so it’ll have to be the Villa end

Kate's going instead, I'm meeting up with her at 2 o'clock for a few drinks pre-match.

We need to start at a high tempo and go at Palace like we did against Newcastle. Mings has to come in for Torres. Maatsen to come in for Digne.

Confession time, yesterday afternoon I bite the bullet and paid £430 each for 3 tickets !!

I’ve been following the prices and was getting a bit panicky, the Palace end tickets are a lot cheaper, so you can sit on your hands and get a block close to the Villa end, that might work for you.

Not that I have to justify it, the wife even took it well, which sounds even more expensive in the long run, but this year could be the last season I get to take my 2 lads to Wembley, due to my health issues, so I thought fuck it and I’ll worry about the final when we get there.

All recent tickets from Villa for CL and FA cup games have had both options. Print or download to wallet.

Can someone explain how this actually works as never done this way before (not sure what an electronic wallet is) and how many days before do they arrive?
