We had 6000 tickets at Stamford Bridge last January on a Friday night in the Cup and could have sold a lot more.

I remember us giving the whole Witton Lane to Man U at least once.
So those of us in the Witton Lane lower will have roaming Cockernees above us. Sounds like a well thought out plan to me.
They didn't have the entire North, it was just the usual lower North (as was) and lower Witton extended beyond the away end.

That fateful 2-3 game. I can never recall MU fans going all the way up the Holte. I'm sure that's never happened.

I'm sure that's never happened. They had the whole original one tier Witton and the seats behind the goal in the League Cup in 1992, 10k in total. Liverpool had the same area in the FA Cup in 1988 but it was still terraced then so more like 12k.
Part-time fan that I am these days, I should be going to this one. Hope we play some first teamers to have a shot at going through.
Somebody has made a good point on X that Villa fans and West Ham fans will be queueing side by side to get into the DE stand as the turnstiles alternate between upper and lower tier access.
Didn’t Port Vale have the entire Witton Lane and Lower North? 12,000 tickets in the days when home teams had to give up 25% of their capacity to away away fans?
