Selling Duran reminds me of when Liverpool sold Torres for 50M to Chelsea. They clearly one that trade but then spent 35M of that money on Andy Carroll. There is a morel to the story somewhere.

How the story ends for us depends on how mushroom we've got PSR-wise.

Reckon that's a bit of a shit take.

I'm another in favour of testing Ipswich with an offer for Delap. He looks like a very useful player (but he probably wouldn't get into the side ahead of Watkins so we'd possibly end up with a similar situation as with Duran).

😏

a promising 21 year old forward who has proven it in the PL playing for a side that is very likely going down who we just sold a player to. I mean...yes please

Probably worth it just so we had a competent penalty taker again.

He was brilliant at those long throws at Stoke too.

Asenios stats dont look great tbh guys. At 29 as well not sure its a great long term move. Seems a veey gerrard  type signing on paper

Gerrard  type signing? Kamara, Digne and he can probably claim Duran. I'll have some of that.

Ill take your kamara and up the stakes throw coutinho, dendonker, and olsen. Then there was loan signings fie bednarek and augustin. If you compare unais signings to gerrard its night and day!

Allow me to be selective! As for Unai's signings, erm..Rogers and Torres had his moments last season. Onana apart from his goals has the jury still out. Diaby we got a Get Out of Jail card. The rest are largely out on loan.

We’ve enquired. All I know. Fits the profile and long term Ollie successor also. Would imagine doing that deal with 4 days left and Ipswich needing him won’t be straight forwards

Also Disasi ain’t done yet cause of Felix - Emery really wants Felix. So a loan to buy deal or outright purchase being discussed, which then effects loan for disasi

Can't say I'm all that enthused about Felix coming, should it happen.
