Chelsea fans call him Disaster Disasi.

Villa fans called Savo Missalotovic while he was scoring more goals in his first season in England than Bergkamp and Cantona. Know-nothing football fans love trying to pretend they’re funny.

You do a bit of background reading on him and his coaches all praise his leadership, calm personality and intelligence following tactical instruction. Emery loves a rehab job, I don't think this is the nailed on disaster people will certainly paint it to be.

I’d immediately question whether pretty much any player who plays at Chelsea and struggles is down to them or the circumstances. It’s at least got to be a question.

No issues with Disasi at all. There are loads of players at the Chelsea circus who would probably be excellent players if they weren't having to play at a circus, and everything about his pre-Chelsea career suggests that he is likely one of them.

Did scoring more goals in that season mean he was a better player than Bergkamp and Cantona?

If we have an underwhelming player I'd be all for starting a "he's virtually here" thread.

No, it meant it was a really shit joke, like yours.

Why is it Alex Isak isn’t constantly linked or talked about in the football media with bigger moves? Surely at 25 in the form he’s in, he should be playing at a higher level than Newcastle?

I think its because  newcastle  will want well over 100m and i dont think many clubs are willing to pay that. He is also quite in jury prone
I guess that's what happens when your club is owned by a police state.

Is this related to Mings being Injured, or Carlos going?

He’s constantly linked with Arsenal.  Almost daily.

We missed the opportunity to get Trevoh Chalobah off Chelsea in the summer. He'd have been ideal to cover both the RCD and RB positions. At the time they were looking to sell him rather than loan but now after a loan to Palace he's returned to Chelsea and going no where.

In fact, I’m sure there’s an equivalent TV on an Arsenal forum who’s set up a thread to say he’ll soon be signing…(wink emoji)
