Muani is another Rashford. We DO NOT want players with that attitude  at Villa Park. If someone wants to pay us silly money sell the kid but just do not take in players other clubs don't want as part of the deal.
Not saying he is what we need, but just looking at the local press, there’s no evidence of a bad attitude, rather to the contrary in fact.

Seems that he has struggled to adapt to Enrique’s game plan (which puts him in decent company with Dembele).

One prolific season in the Bundesliga in 22-23 (30 odd appearances, as many goals and assists, evenly split), but his real strike rate as judged by his averages looks to be something more like one in three.

My Eintracht supporting neighbour tells me Muani’s replacement  Marmoush is a much better player, hence the interest from Man City etc.

Not exactly a stellar goal record.

Unless the deal is this lad + £80 million to us = avoid

Even then. I'd rather take a risk on the footballing Ollie Watkins, Gonçalo Ramos than Muani, despite his shocking injury/sickness record at PSG. Proper footballer and goalscorer (when he plays).

Why were Monchi and Vidigny at Seville vs Valencia last night? Just noticed Nyland plays for Seville!

Might have been checking out Barrenachea while they were over there.

Might just have been that they were in Spain anyway for the Celta Vigo game and Monchi fancied catching up with the gang from his Sevilla stints rather than looking at anyone in particular.

Vidigny was connected to Valencia too wasn’t he?

Good point. Probably just too many half-reasons to go (the Barrenechea one mentioned above too) to not make an appearance.

Also - those links to Ned, they could have been chatting about that. Although apparently they're signing Max Aarons from Bournemouth, so they wouldn't need both.

Maybe the paella's better there than in Brum.

The money involved to get Asensio and Muani into a deal for Duran would kill PSG. We're not going to go near their wages, so PSG would need to heavily supplement their wages with a pay off to force the move. We're not going to take less than a huge wedge of cash for Duran for PSR reasons, so it would end up being astronomical for them to do.

€50m release clause apparently. No idea if he’s any good, but I’d rather have a dominant right-sided centre-back than a new right-back.

Deal agreed with Dortmund for Malen.

Aston Villa are also expected to ramp up their interest in Oscar Mingueza, with Diego Carlos still in talks over a move to Fenerbahçe.
