If he's got the choice of Everton or Ipswich Shirley he should go for the Toffees.

Unless he's OK with being on the move again this summer when Ipswich inevitably drop.

Playing for a Dyce team can't be the most fun you can have with your clothes on, true. But new ownership + investment there, and a fair chance of a more progressive coach in the summer. Plus the new stadium etc.

Far from inevitable that Ipswich go down-they’ve become a very decent side now they’ve bedded in

Agreed, they look the best placed of the 3 promoted teams to stay up.

@MatteMoretto

Had to look up both of them. Foyth has just come back from a year out over two separate injuries, so he would be a big risk. Ratiu seemed to take a year to settle at Rayo but seems to have settled now. Doesn't seem to be as attacking as Mingueza though, which might be a good or bad thing. Rayo and Celta play each other the weekend, so if we haven't signed one, we can see how they do in that match.

Foyth links are inevitable but he's hardly kicked a ball all season due to injury.

It's the Foyth who flopped at Spurs.

He was pretty young at Spurs. He was then excellent for Emery at Villarreal.

Foyth? He's not played for Argentina for years and only twice this season for Villarreal; can't see that.

True, thought he might of remembered him at Spurs more than Villareal.

He’ll fit right in. We are good at injuries.

We might be good at injuries but look at Spurs, their players have started head butting the pitch to get a go on the physio's couch!

Malen in and Philogene out would leave us significantly stronger.

We'll wait until summer to sign him so he can say ' I signed on the Foyth of July'. *

I would rather a player like kayode over foyth tbh. He does seem to pick up a lot of injuries. Not really what we need. We have a few of those already
