Trinity Road lower and middle was OK, not particularly quick, but acceptable. I noticed that with about 10 minutes to kick off there was barely anybody coming in.

I presume, because of the occasion, more people got in early to take in the atmosphere, that was my plan anyway!

Just Harry Kane being a ******

A bit over dramatic. A booking though as it halted a promising break through the centre.

What was it like getting in the rest of the ground last night, as The North Stand was a complete shit show?

Edit. Should have said Upper North.

I was in there too for the first time in 2 years. Got to the gates at 7 to meet my nephew and we joined the queue at 7-10 and finally got inside at about 7:43. It was far too stressful and every time a person had a problem with their ticket the stewards did nothing, just watched them wave their phone repeatedly with no effect for a minute or so.

But what a night, one for the ages and I’ve been floating on air all day. Tomorrow will be a tough day at work as I’ve barely got anything done today and really need to get stuck in to catch up.

I took my tatty Union Jack I had in Rotterdam last night and like to think it worked its magic.

It was the way he scissored his legs at the end that is the issue. That could have ended way worse for Morgan. He knew what he was doing.

I don’t know if anybody has shared a link to this, yet, but Bayern fans seem resigned to starting relatively slowly in this CL campaign with Kompany. They’re not very impressed by Kane or Gnabry, though.

There’s an interesting quote from Jhon Duran, who says that he enjoyed scoring against his latest ‘favourite’ team, BM!

I only see the quote saying they're his dream team?

Sounds like you were just ahead of me in the queue, there needs to be some improvement for sure.
I’m glad you brought your lucky flag!

During the match there was a to do with Emery and Danks a former coach at Villa..what was that about? It was shown on TNT sports.
Emery was mimicking the talking/speaking gesture with his hand at Danks and the fourth official had to separate them.

I'd forgotten Danks was at Bayern now.

No idea to your question though.

Germans not like to vote?

I do like the countdown to the next match in the banner though. Any chance of that happening on here?

I've been surfing my pesky Covid on a pipeline of Wednesday's result, but that just caps it all for me. Choked with so many emotions.

I may be sad but after the full time whistle went I got a notification on my phone from the Champions League app with the result. And I can't bring myself to clear it.
