Bayern are a good team, but then so are Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool.

We beat two of those at home last season and battered the other one being unlucky to only draw.

Not sure why we are holding Bayern to a higher reputation?

Me neither.  It’s a bit cringey.

I feel physically sick.

Dont. Enjoy it. We are not expected to get anything so we can just sit and soak up the atmosphere. What will be will be. To be in it is remarkable

I expect us to get something. We aren't some plucky team from Cyprus. We finished 4th in the best league in the world and we are at home.

Hope you are right taylor. UTV

I get that people are nervous as its a massive occasion but this is where we belong. We should be going into these games at home expecting something, not just being grateful to be there.

We're a few weeks away from the second anniversary of Unai arriving, and we've gone from a relegation fight to Bayern at home in the CL.

The last time Bayern lost in the group stages was against Emery's PSG....

I think we’ll get absolutely müllered.

Alphonso v Ezri
Kane v Diego

Unless we cut off that supply line via midfield, we’re in trouble.

People thought that about Rummenigge v McNaught. Fuck them, we always beat them.

Tonight we'll live or die by how we play it out from the back..they won't let Emi showboat on the edge of the area that's for sure. Hope Diego puts a reducer on Kane early on..

Yes, an early yellow card for Carlos would be an ideal start.

If we go into this showing too much respect we will get the beating a few seem to think is inevitable.  We have earned the right to play in this competition and have a fantastic side and manager.

Come the fuck on!

Six years ago to the day phantom cabbages were being thrown in the direction of Steve Bruce.

We've come a long long way.
