What midweek will this be?
Whenever Premier League/UEFA/Skytv and uncle Tom Cobley decide. Probably spread overc3 weeks or so.

League Cup the working mans cup back in the 60's
Villa please see this as chance to get some supporters to the ground that have been priced out of the premier league. It wil do your PR the world of good and boy don't they need it

Why do Man Utd always always always get a home draw?

Villa were the last tie to be drawn for some reason.
Do you comprehend how these things work?
Well I've worked it out with a plausible theory as I did wonder.
So it's no coincidence that number one ball was drawn out second to last .
When balls are poured into the mixing bowl Villa ball is in first and remained at the bottom untouched.
And that's the reason it was pulled out for the final tie.

Match will be 29 or 30 Oct. I think the club have already said tickets will be capped at 25 quid.
And Heck replied "You having a laugh"

from the Chumps prices announcement, you may have missed as you choked on your cheesy Wotsits:

Quote
"The Club also take this opportunity to announce pricing for domestic cup matches should we be drawn at home. All Carabao Cup matches and the first home fixture in the FA Cup will be priced at just £25 for adults and £10 for children in all areas of the Stadium."

"Just"

So you’ve blow up your own “plausible theory”

Palace have been to Villa Park 6 times in the cup games. We've won 5 and drawn 1.
The one draw they did get in 1978 we still went through 3-0 after a 2nd replay at Coventry.

How so.
Villa were number one and remained untouched.
And what I think happened  is the number one ball being at the very bottom and not being mixed in.

Draws done now but it's one to look out for in balls not being drawn out till last

Always feels like games against Palace are rarely won by the away side. So that's nice with this draw.

Villa were the last tie to be drawn for some reason.
Pressumably because they were one of the last 2 balls?
Well, it's clear the Villa ball wasn't touched till the end because it's number 1!  it's first in but then second to last out!
So in between the drawmasters Redknapp and Nolan haven't touched the bottom of the bowl and left Villa till last.

It's a poor shuffle, and the system can be manipulated when there isn't the correct shuffle. Hustlers do this in cards.

I don't think any shenanigans went on other than a very poor shuffle system which didn't include the number one ball being touched till the final draw.
Are you ok?
