The fourth round fixture will be played either 29/30th October.

It will be in between Bournemouth 26th  at home and Spurs away Nov 3rd

At least we're at home - will need to up the game compared to yesterday.

Maybe Mings and Cash will be back by then - so the defense can be stronger?  They didnt do bad yesterday - but CP will be a thougher test

Well, it's clear the Villa ball wasn't touched till the end because it's number 1!  it's first in but then second to last out!
So in between the drawmasters Redknapp and Nolan haven't touched the bottom of the bowl and left Villa till last.
 
It's a poor shuffle, and the system can be manipulated when there isn't the correct shuffle. Hustlers do this in cards.

I don't think any shenanigans went on other than a very poor shuffle system which didn't include the number one ball being touched till the final draw.
