A straightforward 2-0 win to Villa, with a minimum of fuss and bother.

Haha, yeah that always happens (though my blood pressure says otherwise).

So what was the mystery injury that kept Carlos away from the squad for the last games of pre season?
What injury has kept Olsen away (not that i am complaining) but i thought he took a kick to the head - surely that would not keep him away for 2/3 games?

I think this game will be a cracker and i think Unai has become Captain Blacks nemesis and is tactically superior.

Fancy Rogers to score in a tight 1-0 win

Is Cash ok tomorrow? Some reports yesterday suggesting he was injured late on against West Ham?

I think it was just that 'looking like you've pulled your hamstring' thing to try and mask the fact you've been hooked for being shite.

Lots of players do this, they're kidding no one. He can't afford to have an off day again as there are plenty who can slot in for him.  As it should be.

Not sure he had an off day tbh. Gave away penalty that 80% on here thought shouldn't have been given. We looked much weaker when he went off.

Supporters are advised of the below NFC matchday instructions ahead of tomorrow's Arsenal match:

Make sure your phone is charged before you leave for Villa Park.

Only open your Apple / Google wallet on approach to the turnstile, as the wallet will time out.

Remove any bank cards stored next to your phone.

If you have multiple tickets in your wallet, please ensure you display the 24/25 season ticket.

Avoid putting your device in the mouth of the reader - tap it on the top

Christ. I'd suggest getting there about 1pm, it's going to be carnage.

Download your ticket to your phone so you don't need to worry about having signal on your phone.

When shall I do that?

When you're close enough to the ground to prevent any chance of getting a signal. Do it in advance and it'll time out.

Thanks, Villa!

Unai Emery on Enzo Barrenechea: "Tomorrow he is in the squad. He's working very well. He has big potential and his process is here with us. I am happy with him...His adaptation in the squad is fantastic."
