Neither of our fullbacks are good enough
Matty Cash has conceded more penalties than anybody else since his Premier League debut in September 2020 - six.

If you get a foot on the ball you can take the man out, ie. every half decent sliding tackle ever. Just because it's clumsy doesn't make it a foul. If you win the ball first it's not a foul. It's blatantly not a penalty. I'm surprised by the reaction in here tbh. He’s got a point, and you’re repeating exactly the same mistake as the noses made after that game.

The ball didn’t even change direction with that and it took about 5 replays to even spot he’d touched it and even then you couldn’t be 100% sure. Cash clearly gets the ball and then there’s a bit of a coming together. It’s never a penalty in a million years. Refs in completely the wrong position, guesses and the new directive for VAR is just going to lead to them sitting on the fence all the time. (The only good thing about that will be that peoples anger will be focussed on the piss poor refereeing decision rather than a piece of technology that is used badly)
This new VAR initiative is going to make this even more farcical. It’s adding subjectivity to an already subjective farce. Either you use the fucking video or you don’t. ******.
