No point buying someone who can only play in Kamara's position when, presumably, Kamara will be back at some point. Need to get someone who can play instead of or alongside him. I do not know who this should be, but he should be big so that he is a threat from corners and from some mad country like Uruguay or Mexico.

I hate it when people start jumping on the back of players for being injured. I'm sure he's more pissed off about it than any of us.

To be fair, it feels like he only plays when he’s absolutely 100% and won’t risk it if there’s even a slight knock. So you can understand why people are a bit sceptical. I’m not saying he isn’t injured right now, but in the past I’ve questioned just how serious those injuries really were.

Why? What do you know about his injuries that no one else does?!

Oh you mean that thing that no else knows.!!..... That some players play with knocks and some don't.

But we don't have a clue. Players won't be deciding when they play, we have expert medical staff. People just like to make things up based on assumption.

But then you're just watering down a specialist position, I don't want a DM like Luiz because it just doesn't really work. It's a tough ask, obviously. Not many midfielders at this level are very good at being a 6 and 8.

No, Luiz was the temporary answer to the Tielemans absence, he isn't the answer to the Kamara absence.

He’s more than answer than Bogarde.

Vitinha could do a job until Kamara is back.

No, I know that, but that's still the sort of player you get with a hybrid. I don't think many in world football can pull off being good enough at both.

Isn’t it about time Ruben Neves came back to play in Europe, surely he’s topped his pension up enough now in Saudi.

Yeah, why would Onana want to play in probably the biggest game of his career?

Watching him limping during the celebrations last night, I don't think we're likely to see him back any time soon.  Definitely not Burnley, hopefully not for liverpool anyway, so with twelve days to the final, I would guess he's unlikely.  I would be happy to see us play that 11 again though (as I'm sure most people would!)

He looked absolutely resplendent in his outfit, he's a very stylish young man.
