A cynical person might think he’s protecting himself ahead of the World Cup.

Difficult not to lose patience with this guy.

That is what I think is happening.  If we get through tomorrow he'll want to be back for the final if not we probably won't see him until the World Cup.

If we get through the battle tomorrow then the starting 11 should remain.

What a load of absolute nonsense. Yeah, don't pick your strongest team for a major final because some medical expert on H&V thinks you're a faker.

Nah he was the best player before he was injured last week. If we get through to the final, and he’s fit then he should play.

Too much of a liability he can watch from the bench. He'll be fit for the World Cup then.

I hate it when people start jumping on the back of players for being injured. I'm sure he's more pissed off about it than any of us.

Gutted he’s out, he was very good in the first leg and we’re going to miss him.

Particularly annoying as their best midfielder should be out, but isn't, because the officials in Nottingham were fucking cheats.

We’re so flakey in midfield without him and BK. We need to sign an all-round centre-mid in the summer who can play 6 & 8.

To be fair, it feels like he only plays when he’s absolutely 100% and won’t risk it if there’s even a slight knock. So you can understand why people are a bit sceptical. I’m not saying he isn’t injured right now, but in the past I’ve questioned just how serious those injuries really were.

Why? What do you know about his injuries that no one else does?!
