It has to be said that Belgium's Adidas shirts are looking particularly sweaty tonight.

Who on earth is angel gomes?

How do you have (a) big opinions about Lee Carsley's managerial capabilities and (b) no idea who either Angel Gomes or Noni Madueke are, two of the most important players in Lee Carsley's teams for the last two years?

It's almost as if you have no idea about any of these things.

Eh ??? I have no idea who angel gomes is so not sure what thats got to do with carsley quite a wierd comment.

I didnt say i didnt know who madueke was either so not sure where you got that from all i said is he i didnt realise he was english.

I think instead of taking un necessary digs you actually read what i wrote and dont criticise on a player that not may people of heard of.  Very odd why you felt the need to do that? Please explain because your final sentence as its actually ridiculous criticising someone for not having heard of a player.

Tielemans down injured after a hefty clash of the knees with Kone. Should be okay to carry on after treatment, but may be a bit sore after it.

But they've both been a big part of the England U21s under Carsley so the point is that if you'd watched enough of the team to have an opinion on Carsley you would know more about them.

The point is though paul is i clearly dont watch under 21 games. So why the need to start on the attack and just answer who angel gomes is educate me tell me who he plays for, is he good? Etc

As for carsley he has achieved nothing in football, flopped at blose they didnt keep him as permanent manager and just managed at u21 level. I want someone more experienced. Potter is a better choice in my opinion

Regards all this under 21 talk.
Did you know there are more under 21 players that didn't represent England senior than there are that did.
Only a few ever turn out to be top level good enough
The two best England players this century didn't hardly play under 21 matches from what I've heard Rooney none and Bellingham less than a handful
What does the tell us

Quite enjoying the France v Belguim game with no commentator but there is a noisy drum sadly. Digne amd Teliemans both been booked. Just Onana to complete the set.

Our Morgan with the penalty for England U21. Could he be the one to get the nod for penalties for Villa this season, if we ever get one?

Maybe. McGinn said he was second in line after Luiz, but we signed Rogers since then.

A couple of good balls in from Digne but if I were Deschamps, I might take him off sooner rather than later. Could have been given a second yellow already so wouldn't take a lot for him to see red.
