I think PSG are the only team who could feasibly win every UEFA competition ever, but they would have to somehow drop into the Conference League to have a chance of doing so.

Edit: they need Europa League, too.

Edit edit: Hamburg need Europa League, Conference League and Super Cup.

As the only teams to have won the defunct Cup Winners Cup and InterToto, they're the only teams who could win all of them.
