It’s a good looking shirt. I look forward to the onions sliding off my hot dog down it, smearing condiments all over its pristine white front.

It's alright, but I've always preferred claret as the accent colour on our white kits rather than light blue. That badge abomination should have been monochrome too, which would instantly make it look much better!

Think you need to wear it to a Villa friendly. Test the waters as to whether it is safe for you to wear to a proper Villa game.

Hmm I may wear it to WHAM! on Saturday...  :(

Disappointed in Barry Keoghan, and not as good as our launch. https://x.com/ManUtd/status/1823630646113095835

That was one of the corniest things I've ever seen - disappointed in myself for watching more than 10 seconds.

There were probably notes in their aimed at their fans like we had for ours. But the with plenty of bands hailing from Manchester or at least with known supporters, I don't think Born Slippy went with it. I associate that more with Edinburgh obviously.

As for Keoghan*, unfortunately I would have thought statistically he would be a fan of either Man Utd or Liverpool wouldn't he? But I did feel the voice over was very bland and quiet, especially with the music being there.

(*Is it pronounced like the bad guy in Highlander?)

Keoghan should be pronounced Kyo-an (kind of rhymes with Bowen) but seemingly Barry pronounces it Kyo-gan. No idea if he's just accepting that because it's what he gets called everywhere outside of Ireland, but that's how I've heard him say it.

Been queueing now since about 0820. Haven’t budged an inch. But it’s still faster than queueing for a pie in the Holte End.
