Needs a little hint of claret on the shorts to pull it together. Maybe something like what's on the collar but at the bottom of the shorts.

Not the same material as the collar, just the same colour combination.

The official Twitter announcement suggests a pinkish hue to the away kit. Or maybe it’s the stripes.

The pics of it in the shop look purplish too, but the one pic of it in a bag looks blue, to me anyway.

You would wonder at the colour scheme on the official release though, if its not a purple colour.

Was hoping for claret stripes on the arms but knew they would go blue which makes it a bit dull  , claret would have looked so much better for me .
Like others said lets see the 3rd one and hope it more adventurous .

Yeah I may have considered buying it if it was a white shirt with claret adidas stripes and detail, and the stand-alone lion, and matched up with claret shorts. This one is looking a bit “meh” and definitely won’t be buying.
