Not on sale in Preston JD, only the usual Liverpool and Man Utd kits.

Any idea when the GK kit will be available? My 10 year old is desperate for one but can't find it anywhere yet.

There were plenty in the club shop last week although I dont suppose that helps if you are in Preston

Our away kit should always be white and our third kit should always be mental.

From the comments that McGinn would like it AND the Scottish history from the birth of the club, I reckon it will be a Ramsey Blue or even full tartan.

Bit underwealmed if honest.

Might be ok with lilac shorts and white socks. Hope the 3rd is a bit more innovative

Moving to Holland later this week - so need to buy online! None in the online store a couple of days ago but will check again.

The Adidas and sponsor logos appear to be black. Might be a very dark claret (like the home shirt) which would be better.
I'd prefer it if the claret and blue collar extended all the way round to the front, rather than being a plain white V.
Overall, looks simple and fine but could have been better, and isn't as nice as the home shirt.

If its white i'd prefer deep claret trim, deep claret shorts and socks to match . Lilac / Pastel colours feels a bit Monet .

There were some claret shorts and socks released with the home kit weren't there?  Presume then that the shorts will be light blue and the socks white?

It looks pretty generic, take the badge and sponsor off and it's what you'd see on the sale rack for a fiver. Instead it will be Ł80.

That looks more sky blue than any shade of lilac, which makes sense. If the logo and stripes on the collar are claret, which they kind of look like, then it makes more sense as a kit than lilac, but it's still quite simple.

That's a shame, I liked the Real Madrid style shirt.

The first home and away kits were always going to be safe. Once we have Adidas for a few years they will start to get bolder. Fully expect the third kit will have more artistic licence.

I saw the home on same in the arndale centre in Manchester yesterday, the claret is very dark but I do like it. More than I expected to, it’s genuinely a dead nice home shirt.

The Villa shirt on sale in the heart of Red Manc/Citeh land. World domination awaits.
Haha, that’s exactly why I went in. My daughter wanted to go round shopping for whatever crap 10yo girls want to buy, so thought I’d check in to see how the world domination plans were going!

Now buoyed with confidence, I’m very tempted to go in to JD Sports in Wrexham and buy a Villa shirt, purely for the novelty of being able to get one in a normal shop in Wrexham. But will wait to see how nice the rest of the gear is first.

Tuscans - that away shirt looks lovely on that photo :)

Looks like the white ones we wore for the first preseason games, just with purple stripes.

The pre season one was so much better than this in my opinion. Have stripes in black and the badge and logo in black and that would have been a lovely kit.

This one i dont like.

Well the second picture makes it look like it's blue and claret on the stripes/logo/collar, which I like better than just black.
