My dad has stage 4 cancer and missed a lot of games last season, including the wins over Arsenal and Man City due to chemo, radiotherapy and surgery.

He is feeling great at the moment and able to go to games but is due to have his next major surgery on 2nd October.

I was praying we would be at home first so he could go; but that, if not, the Bayern game wouldn't be on 2nd October.

FFS!

Sorry to hear about your dad. All the best for him. His health is more important mate

TNT commentator mentions the first games in the CL coming up. Guess which one didn’t get a mention?

Thanks.  Just in case, like my wife, people are thinking I'm pissed off because I can't go  - I'm pissed off because he can't go. There is still a chance I can.

That’s unfortunate, hopefully we put on a decent performance to somewhat make up for your dad missing it. All the best to him and you

Sorry he won't get to see it in person. Hope he's able to watch it while he's recovering post op.

The full fixture list. Possibly something we will be paying particular attention to as we reach the last couple of games.
