We’re just failing at the end of the season I’m afraid… it’s been coming for a while. We had the occasional shocking performance in us, as much as we had the amazing one. I think a combination of being found out and suffering from fatigue, with a small, injury plagued squad, is finally getting to us.

It’s no surprise tonight I’m afraid. We’ve been off since that 2nd half at Arsenal. And to be honest, we were barely on after the 1st half against Arsenal at Villa Park.

It’s frustrating, but it’s been a great season. Just soured at the end by the fatigue setting in.

I am really hoping Diaby is having his Bailey first season and next year is better but I don’t live in hope. Luiz is becoming more of a concern - I think it’s because we’ve got him trying to cover the Kamara position and that’s not him.

Luiz is shocking these days. Loads of these players need a break. I think Emery does too.

I dont think you can say that all those missed goal opportunities is bad luck. you dont have bad luck ten times in a row.

We have generally been ahit since after the arsenal win. Our performances since then have generally not been anywhere close barring a few performances eg arsenal away.

We have lost to all the teams around us second half of season except arsenal and a draw vs chelsea

Got to go all out defensive against Palace now.  Good luck with that.

Defeatist though it is, if we can’t win I’d at least like Ollie to break the 20 mark today so it’s not hanging over him against Palace

A opportunity to get 4th in front our own fans and we totally fuck it up. Just like the home olympiakos game.

I Seriously worry for your mental health.  What is about you that feels you want to pass yourself as a Villa supporter and the come on here and the post comments which are not incisive not constructive but are solely intended to wind people up.  Please someone tell me how I block the comments from this clown

Hopefully Spurs will lose tomorrow and it will be all over.
