Bailey almost killed us with that suicide pass

God we dont make it easy for ourselves do we ?

How the fuck is a pass across the face of their box that was half a yard misplaced a 'suicide' pass? Do you just make up the most outraged thing you tcan think of every time anything goes wrong?

Yeah only almost lead to a liverpool 3rd goal where they countered and if it wasnt for a a poor pass from the liverpool player it would ahve been 3-1 and good night.

Hope that clears it up for you

It clears up a lot of things, mostly that you haven't got a fucking clue, it was a bad pass, not a suicide one. Anyway, you probably need to go and call everything in your house a dsgrace to get ready for the 2nd half.

Did you actually see what happened?

Yep, he slightly misplaced a pass on the edge of their box. playing 50/50 passes on the edge of the opposition box is never 'suicidal', it's just a mistake. A suicide pass is doing the same on the edge of your own box, it's not a complicated idea.

Slightly miss passed a pass ???
Are you for real give me a break.

It was a collosal mistake. If that goes you wouldn't be saying that. It was a very awful mistake. Luckily we didnt get punished for it

Again another dreadful defence display and game we miss sitters. In a massive game of this magnitude you simply have to do better in both.

Diabys been garbage honestly fucking terrible

Well he created two chances, but let’s pursue a positive narrative.

Handed them two goals on a plate. McGinn has been great, the defence have been shite and as for Diaby, hope we kept the receipt.

My god how frustrating is Diaby?!!!!

That half sums up his season. He mades the right runs and the first touch is fine but then the end product simply isn't good enough at key moments.

Surely one of these chances will fall to Ollie eventually.

Beyond that we've played at a very good tempo, Tielemans been quality on the ball so great to have him back for this game and Palace.

We're effectively losing to a freak mistake and an offside goal so I'm still hopeful we'll get at least a point from this if we're not doing our usual snooze for 15 minutes after half time.

Would also help if this ref starts booking their players for GBH. Ridiculous that Diaz and MacAlister didn't get anything.

Look dangerous going forward but awful at the back.

I'm trying not to scapegoat Diaby but his lack of composure and quality in the final third is making that incredibly difficult

If Zaniolo OK for 45 mins then get him on for Diaby for 2nd half.

Even if he's not we still have Olsen.

Problem is Diaby has at least been involved. Zaniolo has had one effective thirty minutes for us, total, I reckon.

Dougie and the midfield in general looks so much better with Tielemans or Kamara alongside him.  When it's just McGinn, it just work.
