Well that was good to watch, played some good football and we look much better than then last two games. Horror show at the back, but we're still in this game.

Diabys miss aside he's playing very well. As is McGinn, Bailey and Watkins.

Look dangerous going forward but awful at the back.

I'm trying not to scapegoat Diaby but his lack of composure and quality in the final third is making that incredibly difficult

He created two chances as well as his miss.

It doesn't help that we're also seeing the best and worst of Watkins too. As for the Carlos miss, I have no words.

Our best performance in a few weeks. Great attacking intent against a team who, let's face it, are better and are clearly not on the beach. We need to get the next goal, we're well worth a point so far but that miss from Carlos was glaring.

Our second chance out of three games to secure 4th place and we're losing again. Bloody frustrating.

Bailey almost killed us with that suicide pass

God we dont make it easy for ourselves do we ?

How the fuck is a pass across the face of their box that was half a yard misplaced a 'suicide' pass? Do you just make up the most outraged thing you tcan think of every time anything goes wrong?

Yeah only almost lead to a liverpool 3rd goal where they countered and if it wasnt for a a poor pass from the liverpool player it would ahve been 3-1 and good night.

Hope that clears it up for you

It clears up a lot of things, mostly that you haven't got a fucking clue, it was a bad pass, not a suicide one. Anyway, you probably need to go and call everything in your house a dsgrace to get ready for the 2nd half.

Paul you havent got a fucking clue. A slight miss pass 😂😂😂

Come on man, if it comes off we'd all be saying it was world class. It reminded me of Weimann and Benteke all those years ago. Diaby can often be anonymous, but at least he's been involved in the good things we;ve done going forwards.

Got it all to do.  I hope this defence is dismantled before next season.

We are a complete mess without the ball. Really didn't need Martinez throwing in one today of all days.

In saying all that, Liverpool don't look that bothered defending when we have the ball either. Again we picked the wrong half for two of the worst misses of the season. Diaby's movement has been excellent but.....

Diaby always needs a goal. Fuck me he’s wasteful.  We’ve been the better team by a mile.

Problem is Diaby has at least been involved. Zaniolo has had one effective thirty minutes for us, total, I reckon.

no the problem is zaniolo can be returned at end of season diaby has cost us 52m

I think we aint that bad, better than recently but still some same mistakes as before, like not being ready stand up to opposition press from start like first goal and Diaby being Diaby (though showing signs of betterness). Our goal really good from Watkins, but we still need to many changes to score Diaby and Bailey with all their trickiness not being affective enough. Pool not easy to play agianst today , they give it all it seems.
