I would be very surprised if a significant sell-on isn't included if the fee is really around £350k.  It might not make us anything, but if we have these with most of the youngsters we sell on, then it's potentially a nice little bonus down the line...

Perhaps we can remind them what that feels like, by agreeing to this deal (with a massive sell-on percentage) at about 11pm on deadline day.

Yes, and that we don’t agree to sell Monroe now only to then realise our core target for this window is Hayden Hackney…
