We didn't lean back,  they were on us from the 10th minute

I think he was talking about Watkins for his chance, rather than the team as a whole.

Yep, I think 1 of the problems with having a game plan as precise as ours appear to be is that if we lose players to injury it disrupts us a lot more than it should.

I know Emery is also trying to conserve energy. Team is down to bare bones. We have a big European game coming up and he really wants to win that also. But tonight didn’t need to be this negative and conservative.
