What an excellent week. Brilliant at Arsenal. Pulled out a miracle in France. And a thoroughly professional performance today having gone a goal down. Well done Villa. Very well done.

What an incredible week. Late April. In a European semi-final and 6 points clear in 4th.

I hope Luiz looks at the last two games we won 5-1, and decides to book up his play and present in the next matches.

Very good second half from us. Watkins, Diaby, Rodgers and Bailey all excellent and caused Bournemouth no end of problems.

Superb all round. Where they get their energy from I don't know, but they work so, so hard.

After Thursday, down to the bare bones and 0-1 down. This feels fucking huge.

Telemans and McGinn were fantastic but Ollie was next level. Never mind a drug test, they should be checking those boots for glue.

Huge, huge, huge win!

As good as sealed 4th with that win. Tottenham’s run in is brutal and cannot see them overtaking us now

This team! Thought it would be a "typical Villa" at 0-1, but thanks to Rogers and then a brilliant second half we're smashed em.

That’s as good as anything we’ve done this season given the circumstances. Onwards.

No-one took any notice in the match thread so I’ll say it again - 101 goals for the season. Marvellous.
