Why does Emery keep referring injuries to people like Ramsey and Watkins as small
Injuries when all Villa fans know that they are probably career ending ones!!??

I find it really itrritating when managers do it. Ramsey has been out for a month now with his 'small' injury, with no sign of his imminent return.

So that’s 7 first team starters out against City

Watkins
Ramsey
Cash
McGinn
Kamara
Mings
Buendia

Have I missed anyone

Top coaches will do anything to gain even the slightest advantage. He will keep opposition coaches guessing for as long as he can even if that does irritate some of our supporters.

No Watkins or Ramsey.  Course!  I’d take a draw right now.

Wonder how the Citeh defenders will cope with Duran.

Hard to plan tactics and formations to cope with a player who doesn't know what he's going to do!

Agent Chaos.

If we also start Rogers, then they're going to be busy with two brick shithhouse forwards running at them.

Can't see us starting with Rogers, Duran, Bailey AND Diaby, reckon Emery will only start with 3 if them and pick an additional midfielder ... .... step forward ... ... little Tim.

All I want is for us to be consistent in our way and to connect with the supporters.

It would be interesting to see a table of the total amount of minutes lost by each club for squad players injured to date this season.

I reckon we would be near to the top.

I think they do it just to annoy you lot. Or at least I hope so at this point

I'm sure someone will point out that they are different injuries, but query whether Watkins was taking an injury into the international break, that meant he should have been resting during that time, not playing in two games.

I wonder if there will be a spot on the bench for the young lad Rory Wilson now Ollie is out?
