You can have longer deals, but you have to amortise over 5 years still.

I'm presuming that Lo Celso might be a cheap and cheerful signing at around 5mill.  To give us a little extra creativity at the number 10 role?  No way is Ramsey going to Spurs.

Might be a case that Ramsey looking quite decent again in preseason has got Spurs fans doing some wishful thinking. Lo Celso might want a move and his agent could be using our previous interest to drum up some bidders. Who knows. Can't see Ramsey going anywhere this summer.
