I mean id we can sell cash ans duran for 60m for thw pair. We may not need to seel ramsey with all the ffp concerns those sales will ease the financial pressure

And if you include digne we will certainly be able to splash the cash

Duran, Cash, Digne, Sanson, Coutinho, Archer, Carlos...it all adds up without needing to sell someone that we really don't want to. Especially if we could get £50m for Duran.

No thanks after watching his pathetic dive yesterday i dont want that at villa. He also looked shite.

Nothing like one game to make a judgement of a player.

So you support divers?

I watched him vs blose too he looked crap in that game too when he came on. Doesnt look anywhere near good enough for me.

Unless you can tell me why we should sign him?

I agree . We could really transform the squad.  Also if the rumoured repirts about vasco wanting countinho are true that would be fantastic

I'm not sure how you came to the outcome that I support divers based on that, but then again, you do rather jump to conclusions and hyperbole quite quickly.

Anyway, he's got a good goal-scoring record, seems like a sensible lad who works hard, is young, has played for England at U21 level and is attracting a lot of interest.

After seeing what Emery has done with Rogers, it would be interesting to see what he could do with Rowe.

But then again, Im mot sure there is that much difference between Rowe & Philogene...

With FFP seemingly being taken more seriously now by all clubs judging by the last window, I’m not sure there’s going to be any £100+ million players this time round

Not even Newcastle can splash the cash, so I think big transfer fees will be around the 50-60 mill mark
I’m just surmising on what I’ve seen, not because I know anything about Finance because I actually know bugger all

Don't think I would Eamonn.

Rowe isn't as ready as Olisse or Eze when they went to Palace either for me. Watched him a few times this season, and not sure yet. Needs another season in the champ for me.

I didnt say you did i asked you do you support divers? His dive yesterday was a disgarce and i dont want that kind of player at villa. Not sure what "conclusion" i came to i was simply asking you a question? So no meed to take a dig

As for the player i havent been impressed when ive seen him. Would be good for aomeone like a luton or a newly promoted club but not for us

Read your initial post "So you support divers?" that's completely different context to "Do you support divers?" as it implies that I do and you're asking for confirmation as opposed to a general question.

I'd hate Kane at the Villa.

I loved Grealish diving all over the place when he played for us.

All players have their moments with the dark arts of diving .  I hate it but less so when for us or maybe i don’t notice so much .  Hypocrite i guess

Yeah but we wouldn't care if they dived for us, as long as they are decent then football fans forgive a lot. Like we did with Grealish, like we did with Young, like we would do with Kane. So many footballers do dark art shit that it's pointless making it a disqualifying factor.
