Rashford anyone?

Are you on drugs?

Not one player from them would I want any where near our squad. Billy Big bollocks all of them

I would take McTominay at he right price.

Yes, me too
Didn’t realise he was 27, though, thought he was a few years younger

Not just for us but anyone of their players / cheats turn up for someone else and they would think they was doing them a favour.

Some of their wages are as ridiculous as their scouting / buying strategies - buy the next shiny thing that the Sun says is good.

£375K per week De Gea was on - no wonder he has no club after leaving.

£350 For Big Nose Rashford and i would imagine Rat face is not far behind and i would imagine the likes of Casemiro / Varane are not far behind that.

The more you look at it they have a real problem trying to shift a huge part of their squad on -  which would be a real shame :)

They were supposed to be offloading half their squad last summer and didn't happen. Their problems aren't going to be fixed in one transfer window.

Football Insider with the inside news we are interested in Callum o'Hare.

I think there could be something in the O'Hare link as he would be a 'home grown at club' player so he could fill a gap in the Europe squad.

I'd take Ganarcho and Mainoo. Wouldn't take any of the senior players though which is fucking shocking considering what they've spent and what they're being paid.

It’s a tough one to fix as the wages paid to under-performing players means any new signing will rightly demand parity.  The underperforming players cannot be shifted so the rotten stink remains within the club.  Arguably it gets worse because every new signing means there is newly redundant player joining the bomb squad.

It’s brilliant to see.

Those 4 basics wages alone probably cost more than our Top 15 put together

MON was a lazy bully.

Got results though. We probably saw some of the best of him.

See his Villa Park record. We got more points away from home.

I would take Lisandro Martinez. Had a few injury problems but he’s very Argentinian in a physical no nonsense kind of way. He’s also a good footballer. Would be popular with Emi as well.

However useful any of their players may be is rendered irrelevant by the fact they're all paid way more than they're worth.

Exactly, Lee. Had a similar conversation with my Manc brother-in-law yesterday, apparently their new owner wants to sell all but a couple of players. Which is hilarious but fine. As I pointed out to sell you need a buyer and on their wages good luck. Either Man U give the players away or subsidise their salaries and I'm not even sure that's legal. Wouldn't surprise me if Monchi isn't picking at the bones of their academy.

Couldn't happen to a nicer club.

They've amassed a selection of, at best, mediocre footballers, decided to pay them obscene amounts of money (probably because of some sort of misguided keeping up with the Joneses thing with their local neighbours), and then found out they all hate each other, most of them don't give a shit, and they're all too shit, encumbered by attitude problems and expensive for anyone to want to buy them.

Even their traditional outlet for way-past-it overpriced dross, Everton, don't have a pot to piss in so that's not an option like usually.
