my view on the links rumours so far

That junior fella looks a good prospect ✅
McKennie is rubbish  ❌
Gallagher is a proper player ✅
Barkley cheap and cheerful but not convinced 🤞
Guendozi yep we’ll have him please  ✅
Abraham not good enough for us now ❌

Gallagher is CL level, IMO. Chelsea were one of the best teams in the country last few months, he's only 24 and going to get better.

How can he be CL level if they only finished 6th?

By this logic Chambers and Olsen are Champions League level.

Well, no.

Apparently there's a Brazilian international who recently went for £17 million available on a free.

Make it happen, Villa.

Apparently Chelsea are going to give Gallagher what he wants to stay to we need to move on from that one.

That Fofana looks good, could be a decent option.

Lille are allowing Jonathan David to leave the club this summer. Sell Duran, buy David. Job done.

Defensive midfielder who can cover for Kamara but also has the ability to play further forward when Kamara is back is my number one priority. He must not get injured. In fact, I'd put "no injuries" in his contract to be on the safe side.

If Gallagher playing in a team that finished 6th makes him not CL level, then that logic should mean anyone who played for us is CL level. QED.

We'll easy have enough cover for the further up bit, we really just need a solid DM to compete with Kamara.

No. I would urge you to read all my posts from earlier on the matter. Please take vigorous notes and do not return until you have done so. This is serious business and flippancy is not an option.

I want Paulinha from Fulham for our DM shaped hole, but think he's out of our price range.

I don't think I'm replying to your post in the first place?

Only if he turns out much better than he was when he played against us.
