Defensive midfielder who can cover for Kamara but also has the ability to play further forward when Kamara is back is my number one priority. He must not get injured. In fact, I'd put "no injuries" in his contract to be on the safe side.

That would be unenforceable, you div. Honestly, what's wrong with you today?

It would be legally watertight. You can't argue with contract law.

Gallagher is CL level, IMO. Chelsea were one of the best teams in the country last few months, he's only 24 and going to get better.

How can he be CL level if they only finished 6th?

By this logic Chambers and Olsen are Champions League level.

Well, no.

If Gallagher playing in a team that finished 6th makes him not CL level, then that logic should mean anyone who played for us is CL level. QED.

No. I would urge you to read all my posts from earlier on the matter. Please take vigorous notes and do not return until you have done so. This is serious business and flippancy is not an option.

He's been back five minutes and he's acting like he owns the place...

His return is most welcome, but I'm suspicious that it coincides with Footy's disappearing act.

I just wrote the same thing but you beat me to it...

If CD ever was real, it now appears 'he' has been assimilated into the FV collective.

They've just put the FV collective in GE/Scotland tournament mode.

Mentioned it months ago but I’d be surprised if Ihenacho isn’t in on a free to understudy Ollie

Guendouzi if Gallagher stays put

Would expect our big money to go on Baena

Football Insider are linking us with Guendouzi again.

Losing Luiz to gain Guendouzi, Iling-Junior, McKennie & Barkley would definitely make the squad stronger.
Not really. Losing a Champions League player and signing few Championship  standard players is not good.

I think the Gallagher deal is dead in the water.

Didn't Gallagher have the chance to join us on loan previously, but chose to go to Palace instead as wanted to stay in London?

I may have dreamt this.

Nice one Vinnie!

Guendouzi if Gallagher stays..Absolutely!

Would expect our big money to go on Baena..Get it done! We'd probably have to sell him to Barca in a few years time but would make millions. Give Villareal a percentage, he'd be worth it. Are we stockpiling down the left?

Ihenacho? Appreciate he may be on a free but will want a three or four year contract. Hardly the most imaginative choice and difficult to get very excited about nevermind shift next summer. Off the bench okay but I wouldn't want Watkins getting injured for more than 30 minutes.
