Are you in UK? try with vpn for this match. I heard it was available only to UK viewers (2nd hand info, so could be wrong - I'm in Vietnam and it's working for me via VPN)

I have the Sky Sports Top Even live stream but that link from you or the Dortmund YT channel won't allow for UK viewing....at least for me it doesn't.
