Pre-season 2024/25 - Borussia Dortmund
« on: February 21, 2024, 05:20:44 PM »
Hearing rumours that pre-season will again feature games in the US, including one in Ohio in late July against MLS opposition. Presumably our summer training camp will also be in the US, so maybe based in Washington again?

The Premier League Summer Series is missing a year, so the world is our oyster.

Maybe Emi can convince his mate Messi to play against us after we face Columbus Crew.

Agreed. I would wait on John Percy or at least Romano before presenting anything as fact.

Perhaps, but you might want to pencil in a trip to Columbus for July 27th. ;)

Ha I was kidding of course making light of early player signing threads that go shit shaped. But it would be great if Columbus was on the plan. Have good memories from the last time we played there.

I've seen Columbus Crew play live. They were a bit naff, although it was a few years ago.

There's an excellent three-part documentary about them airing on the BBC atm.
