Pochettino deeply annoyed by the ITV interviewer's line of questioning re why are you not playing this player and this other

Thiago Silvia’s wife tweeted ‘Time for a change’ after the Wolves game and then Poch dropped Thiago Silva.
The commentary team said ‘He should have expected that question’.
My view was that he absolutely expected that question and answered it by saying ‘I am a professional who has picked my best team’ whilst pissing himself laughing!

Looks like a game where we can't do the right thing in the box

I think Moreno did the right thing badly, he'd never have scored from there but if he'd found Watkins it could've been a very good chance.

Looks like a game where if we get an early goal we could hammer them.

God we were unbelievably shit that day. Even worse than '15. We only started playing three minutes from the end. Remember David James nearly managed a headed equaliser

The most disappointing day following Villa. Worse than 2015, worse than 2010 worse than 2020. The 2018 playoff does run it close.

Completely. After the run we had leading to the Final, it was there to be history in the making. I bloody loved all the build up, queuing for 4 hours at VP for tickets and then, well, THAT. Anyway.......
