Roj Blake?

He did have a mate called Villa

But he only had to fight the totalitarian Federation, that’s a piece of piss compared to UEFA and SCR.

🚨🔴⚪️ Arsenal are waiting for Leandro Trossard’s final green light to Besiktas to bring in new winger.

Christos Tzolis wants the move and put another proposal on hold to wait for #AFC.

Morgan Rogers remains top target in a separate move.

Imagine having to sell before you buy! Kippers and curtains, Arsenal.

I think The Rodge will leave but is anyone confident he'll still be a Villa player at the end of the window?

I wouldn’t say confident, but I think if Arsenal really wanted him and were prepared to pay a figure we’d be happy with, it would most likely have been done by now.

I’m blindly optimistic about everything, but I reckon Morgan Rogers will definitely be a Villa player next season because of reasons and we’re going to be a *proper* force.

I really hope he's still here. With Youri, Digne and even to dine degree I could understand Konsa, but Rogers and Watkins are irreplaceable at the moment.

I was confident he'd stay this summer, and that's been boosted with yesterday's news. I reckon we'll just close the door on it for now, too much upheaval otherwise.

You have to remember we're not some plucky chancers trying to hold on to our star player anymore, we're a serious outfit trying to win shit with the best manager in the league. He's under contract, and the clinet journalists can campaign all they like but if we don't want to sell him we wont.

Yes. No one will pay what we value him at and he won't be so desperate to leave that he forces our hand.

I’m more convinced he’ll stay now Tielemans is leaving and Onana is fucked. Surely there’d be too much midfield upheaval to lose Rogers too.

Let's hope that release clause is so high it scares other clubs off. Can see him coming off bench to make a big impact v Argentina. Excellent cameo v Norway.
