It’s disgraceful they can offer £125 million and no doubt buy 4 or 5 other players

Anderson is a top notch player. I bet Newcastle are gutted

I bet they are, and he would still be playing for them if it wasn’t for the same rules that have Ramsey playing for them too.

That kind of price tag can ruin a player. He’s never, ever, ever worth £125m. It’s bonkers.

I’d give him a break hadn’t his mum just died in and around the semi-finals. It was a bad challenge, but I’m pretty sure he didn’t set out to injure Ollie.

I would be inclined to do that, were it not for the fact he turned around and gestured to Watkins to 'get up' as though he was milking it, when he knew full well what he'd just done, the wanker.

I very much enjoyed that we seemed to target him for extra treatment in the 2nd leg.

I think Forest paid 35M for him and now he's going for 125M so the Geordies losing out on 90M because of the stupid rules. Really is bonkers!!

The are retrospectively gutted. At the time plenty of Toon were more bothered about Minteh leaving.

The real kicker for them is the lack of buyback and sell on.

Bloody hell, I always thought of Rogers as being built. He looks like his little brother, with body language to match.

Did he play against us in the combined 7-1 thrashing that we gave them at VP? Because if he did I didn't notice a £125M player  ruling the roost.

Jude's upper leg looked massive on a clip I saw of this. Looked like fucking horse's leg.

If Anderson played for us, we'd be tugging over him the way we do Bouba.

I actually prefer Wharton though. Rolls Royce of a player.

I really like both, they are excellent players, work hard, move the ball very well and create things at the other end. It’s a hard call, however Anderson always looks far more comfortable at International level than Wharton.

For me Bouba is a better player than both, with a much higher ceiling but that doesn't matter if he's out for half the season every year. Anderson, so far, has had the massive advantage of staying fit.

Yeah I like Wharton as well, but Youri does that role very well for us.
