It's strange how it's the simple passes that you often see him mess up. I'd back him to score a curler from 25 yards over a 5 yard pass.

He’s such a good player. He tries to create and make things happen. We desperately need that.

Yeah but it's not the creative passes that are the problem, it's like he just switches off his concentration a little with the simple stuff. He's obviously quality.

He's been carrying around that dead donkey or at least that's how it appears these last 4 or 5 months. Tonight he dropped it and was back to his old self. Delighted for him.

Played really well, a couple of loose passes but played well all over the park.  Another goal and assist.

Well if Today is to be His Day, Villa will walk off with the trophy.

The best player for Villa of his ilk since Platt. Tonight he can overtake him.

Time to deliver Morgan.

I've had the feeling all week tonight will be his night to shine.

He was pretty good against Forest, and excellent against Liverpool, so he's in a decent bit of form right now, and he has the world watching.  He strikes me as the sort of player who likes a platform, so hopefully tonight he shows everyone why he's one of the best in the Premier league and why he could be a force at the World Cup this summer...
