Morgan was the only threat we had on the pitch until Ollie came on.

He didn't seem to be dismayed at Spurs' physical approach and the shirt-pulling. Nothing came off for him but he kept going.

In a performance where the biggest complaint was the lack of running and effort, that couldn’t be levelled at him. When he did get the ball there were rarely players working to get into a position to receive the ball ahead of him.

I admit I'm one that rages at him on a matchday, but in retrospect, the kid has been an ever-present and never hides.

He's drawn much more 'attention' from opposition players this season, so it's undoubtedly a bit harder for him now, but it's on Emery that he hasn't had any enforced time-out on the side-lines. The kid looks like he's running on fumes.

If the idea on Sunday was to rest critical players for Thursday, Rogers should have been #1 on that list, closely followed by the injury prone Tielemans and Cash, who are both VITAL to our starting 11.

His first touch was rubbish and decision making poor, either releasing too soon to no one or holding on too long. However he didn’t hide, he has cajones. Jadon fucking Sancho on the other hand…

The Rodge has been dodgeable for a while now and needs a rest I think.

Good job there's no World Cup round the corner  8)

Tottenham and to a lesser extent Forest doubled-up on him and played him very physically.  Nothing he shouldn't be able to handle or expect, but he has to know when to release the ball and not hang on too long.....of course that also requires his teammates to play competently.

No point blaming others for holding onto the ball to long and getting dispossessed repeatedly. Work rate when he plays off the left a big problem too. His form has been on the slide for a while. Thought he was decent in first leg v Forest, mind.

Well that’s where you’re wrong - he takes some accountability obviously, but holding onto the ball is absolutely about his team mates as well. The movement off the ball to create options has been non-existent, you can’t pass it to players who aren’t there.

Reckon he should be rested now and he’ll come back stronger like McGinn did tonight

They never showed the replay, but near the end Rogers controlled the ball and spun, actually, I can’t quite remember what happened, but managed to take out two players and leave them on the deck. One being that twat Yates who only come on to kick lumps out of everyone.

I laughed! Wish they showed it again.

The other one was Williams, who must be the world's biggest fanny, spent both legs throwing himself to the floor every time Rogers so much as looked at him.

and McGinn, 5-6 times last night he threw himself to the floor as soon as McGinn got near him.
