So we have at least six missing or doubtful.

I wonder if Sky will be giving us similar coverage to Spurs when they had a few injuries?

Rhetorical question...

Risso, if only they were just twice the amount of time out. When Villa players get injured, it takes so long that I almost forget we still have them on our books!!

Gordon's a very good player. Never quite understood the contempt he attracts. Does he wear stupid clothes or something?

He had the temerity to want to leave one of the Merseyside clubs.

Bit more than that...didn't he effectively go on strike to force through the move to Newcastle. All this while Everton were fighting relegation and obviously a home town player to boot.

I think we'll win.... We'll be treated to the Leon Bailey show, and Ollie will end his recent scoring drought. I'm going 2-0 or 2-1

1-1

I want us to spank them but we have gone off the boil and they have too many injured. I'd love to be wrong.

Worried about this one. Could easily see us losing.

Isn't them having too many injured a good thing ?

What are the odds on another 0-0. You wait ages for one then they all come at once.

I had a similar thought. Hopefully we’ll start fast as per Fulham, Luton, Man City games etc. Isak is a very good player, but if if we get ahead early I fancy us here.

Recent games remind me of Arsenal many seasons ago with a slower passing game,I would like us to speed it up such as when Martinez can relise it quickly

We need to get in front early to both build our confidence and reinforce any concerns they have. If they score first or it is 0-0 for a while it becomes tricky I think.

Since Emery arrived we've been excellent at home against all the top sides. The only time we've had any real problems was the 2 games against Arsenal. We won one & should have drawn the other. A win tomorrow will put a huge points gap between us & them. Whilst Newcastle might be good side at home they are very average away from home.

Get the first goal.

Battered at Liverpool also. But overall a very decent record
