Not until the 15th no. But they are drawing all matches to to final that day so will draw Winner of Qtr1 v Winner of Qtr4 which will be the first match.

The 2023/24 UEFA Europa Conference League quarter-final, semi-final and final draws take place on Friday 15 March at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland at 14:00 CET. (13.00 GMT)

The first legs will be played on 11 April, and the second legs will be played on 18 April 2024.

Random for the quarters and then they also plan the brackets up the final so we know who we could get in the Semi-matches as well

Random draw. With the semi being drawn as well, we will know an either/or for the semi, and the four possible opponents from the other side of the draw that we could meet in Athens IF we make it.
