We're Aston Villa.  We'll win the Euro Conference and qualify for the Champions League.

We haven't won anything since 1996, we can't afford to be sniffy about any trophy.
Normally I would agree but how often do we  find ourselves in 4th place at this stage of the season.
We did a few years back and surrendered Europa League at possible QF stage to fully concentrate on CL qualification. We all know how that ended. Winning games is a mental state giving up is mental suicide.

Well then I imagine we're all agreed on how that would be a good way to approach it.  But people expecting a full-strength team may be a bit disappointed.

I've been expecting a full-strength team all season, it still hasn't transpired.

First three qualifiers. Maccabi (Israel), Zagreb (Croatia) , Servette (Swiss).

Both rocket ship Ajax and two teams masquerading as one Bodø/Glimt down to 10 men so they both will be missing a potential key player for the next leg, Ajax for the next two.

I don't agree with that though. There's been no discernible effect on our league results as a result of playing in Europe, and depending on who we get in the games from now on, it might be an opportunity to give some game time to players like Iroegbunam and KKH in order to get them up to speed in case they're needed in the league.

And its worth £20m+ to go all the way.

Maccabi Haifa’s remaining home games will be at Honved’s Boksic Arena in Budapest it has been confirmed. A new stadium but only has a capacity of 8,700.

I was a teenage armchair Maccabi Haifa fan

It’s looking like one of:

Ajax
Maccabi Haifa
Molde
Sturm Graz
Servette
Union St Gilloise
Olympiacos
Dinamo Zagreb

Ajax
Maccabi Haifa
Molde
Sturm Graz
Servette
Union St Gilloise
Olympiacos
Dinamo Zagreb

Of those, I reckon Olympiacos would be the toughest draw.
