The fact this ref is a Prem Lg ref shows why you need VAR, he is incompetent
He could be on VAR duty though.

You know, I’m not convinced by Duran. Glimpses of promise, but quite indifferent in the system we play him in.

We miss Watkins when he’s not playing.

Duran’s a one trick pony.

Unfortunately, he hasn't perfected the trick.

I feel like he'd benefit from a loan to a side where he plays every game. Where that might be I don't know, but he looks like one of those players who won't improve without a lot of minutes.

I don’t think he’s lazy. I think he struggles to read the game and is out of position far too often
