They are still a massive threat and I think they’ll score, so come on Villa we deserve at least 3.

With no exceptions, the best half we've played against them for God knows, fifteen years or something?

Bailey has been superb, his feet are so quick with the ball. It’s bloody marvellous to watch him when he’s confident.

Superb first half. SJM absolutely bossing it. Keep this up and we’ll win.

Anyone missing Matty Cash? In SUE we trust.

Arsenal must be shitting themselves. That was an excellent half, restricting them to 4 times in our box, we're just missing a goal. We need to come out all guns blazing, no more sloppy gifts in the opening minutes.

Brilliant first half performance. No weak links really. Foden got in behind Konsa and Tielemans once and that caused the double chance for Haaland..That aside Bailey looks very dangerous and McGinn and Luiz are destroying their makeshift midfield.

He's been a joy to watch. Looks like he's really enjoying himself.

Amazing performance. No doubt whatsoever about what a good side we are.

I can't believe how early we're getting it forward! Emery masterclass. Who blinks first, him or pip? I've a feeling we might see the rare Lesser Spotted Phillips.

Very well played. Completely bossed it and we really should be ahead.

I imagine UE's only criticism will be composure in front of goal

By far the best side that half. McGinn and Kamara have been brilliant. Just hope we don’t regret not scoring while on top.

Literally don't even know who this Bailey is, it's unbelievable.

It’s been great, it has, but we’re not winning yet. We have to back it up and be clinical.

That's my big fear when Pep has a chance to get them in at half-time.

Comms saying that 13 shots in the first half against Man City is the most under Guardiola.
