I'm not a fan of Diego Carlos. He does everything too slow and constantly takes too many touches, makes it hard for our midfielders to lose their marker.

We are not top 4 material yet. 5th-7th possible, but we need to be showing up at grounds like these.

It’s all self inflicted though. Daft team selections and formations.

Yes to a point. But part of the journey is that the manager has to use the squad and try things that might work or learn from things that don’t. The season isn’t defined by today. Certainly doesn’t help to not win these games. But it’s a work in progress and given where we were 12 months ago, we are way ahead of schedule. We clearly need some better options for away games and that will come in time through the next couple of windows as we get stronger and deeper as a club.

Unai is actually a victim of his own success on days like this. As TV says we're ahead of schedule and way ahead of where any of us realistically expected us to be when he was appointed, so it means some now expect to win nearly every game.

No  of course he’s not, but he is the best manager we have had in decades.

Liverpool losing 3-2 home to Fulham. It will be shit if we lose given the opportunity to gain points on them but also show this league isn’t going to go as expected for anyone outside of Man City and Arsenal until later in the season when they bottle it.

Especially frustrating though as Fulham lead 3-2 at Anfield. Same time it shows no one is a gimme in the league. Well apart from maybe Sheff Utd.

I don't expect to win every game but expect better performances than this against bottom 6 teams like Forest and Bournemouth.
